My neighbor had a graduation party for her son this weekend. She invited us over. She served cupcakes. Really insanely yummy cupcakes. From a place called "Mini's". They were only 2 1/2'' high. They could possibly be the best cupcakes I've ever tasted ... really.
This one is called "Breakfast at Tiffany's."

yummy! i just downed my coconut cupcake so fast! and then i split my "breakfast at tiffany's" w/ shannon, cause i'm nice like that. anyway, cassy (girl at work) said she saw the "b at t" cupcake on the news b/c someone was trying to copy the idea and so mini's had to trademark the cupcake! just thought i'd share. ;) love you so much!
